CERTIFICATES
OF ORIGIN
Since 1965 and by resolution Nº 404 of the National Industry
Secretary the Chamber of Foreign Trade of Rosario is one of
the private entities that are aloud to sight Certificates of
Origin:

Our service is available in our social headquarters from 9 AM
to 7 PM., we count with the signature in the moment and also
we provide specialise technical and integral assessment for
the exporting companies and customs brokers.
Two hundred (200) companies procedure this document thought
our chamber, with an average of 90 million USA dollars FOB price.

These documents are required when you want to present Mercosur
Certificate of Origin, Mercosur / Chile Certificate of Origin,
Mercosur / Bolivia Certificate of Origin or ALADI for the signature.
All these documents must be sign and stamp in original by the
authorised person in our Chamber and the legally authorised
person.
The legal authorisation can be demonstrated by :
1. Presenting a copy of the special power giving by the
company or a copy of the general power, directory minutes or
social contract were is registered the authorisation. The copies
can be certificate by public notary or presenting the original
and the copy in our entity.
2. When the persons that sight the documents are the
same that are authorised by the Custom General Direction, the
legal authorisation can be demonstrated by a copy of the Form
OM 1228-E (authorised persons for subscribe exterior trade documents).

3. For one person companies or physical persons can present
a legal certify copy of the Identity Document or present the
original in our Entity.
We must bounce the importance of this proceeding because the
actual dispositions establish that the authorised Entities are
co-responsible with the requesters for the authenticity of the
information contain in the Certificates of Origin and in the
previous declaration that are presented for that purpose.
